· Everything! location is cool and everything is really near, the bed is comfy, bathroom nice and above all – the room is spectacularly clean! My favorite part of this rental is the view of sunrise – it’s a priceless experience, having a peaceful morning with a cup of coffee, watching sunrise. (Photo attached!)

· Excellent location two blocks from the rim and a short walk to the bus station. Close to lots of restaurants, mini-marts, etc. Nice view out over the ocean on the west coast. It’s not a rim view, but you aren’t paying for that. Supplies lots of little things that most others don’t like a toothbrush.
