· We loved the manager, Costas. He arranged and met us from our taxi from the airport, carried our luggage to our apartment and handed us the keys. He then sat down with us for about 10 minutes to give us the “inside scoop” about the island. What places are open, what is closed (because we were there in Santorini’s slow season) From there, Costas got us set up on the wi-fi and told us everyday, “If you need something, tell me and I’ll get it.” He made communication very easy and simple and was available at any time with in minutes. He acted like a concierge, helping us not only stay, but experience the island.
