· ALL Staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating on most requests. The food provided was tasty and plenty. In general, it was a very enjoyable stay and kids had a lot of fun.

· 1. Price-wise, unbeatable! All inclusive, as well as the water park. 2. You can tell it is not high standard resort, however, we are happy about all the facilities and the staffs are so kind. We lost a pair of shoes in the room, they managed to find it and returned to us.

· I had a lovely refurbished room which was amazing. You can’t really fault the hotel although some of our rooms were very dated. There are several pools however the water was extremely cold. The water park was great. Most of the staff were lovely too.

· We liked the food, waterpark, the pools, snacks and of course the desert. Also the staff were very nice and friendly. Our children stayed busy playing during our stay and they loved everything about it.
