We stayed in Casa Cinque for an Italy trip in August and it was a wonderful experience. It is VERY well priced and right next to a much more expensive hotel (Eden Roc) with the same exact view! Be prepared for a hike up the mountain, but that is the same for everywhere you stay in Positano. We backpacked up to Casa Cinque and were pretty sweaty but the view and service make up for it, just head to a beach club after your hike! Would stay here again/ forever. :)
