· This is hands down an amazing place to stay. Location is perfect, really in the middle of everything. There is a dramatic caldera view, a clean and fresh hot tube, rooms are quite and chil and cleaned daily. But the best thing about it was the service. Our hostess Souela was the nicest, kindest and most organized hotel employee I ever met and I travel a lot. Everything she recommended and arranged for us was quality and the people she deals with a kind as she is. I could not recommend this place more, because it’s both great and with a host as Souela, you really get the best service.
