The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.The remaining 70% of the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken.In case of damages, breakage, key loss, etc., your credit card will be charged to cover the costs.Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.If you plan on arriving after 18:00, please notify the property in advance.
