The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in.At your arrival, you will have to pick up the keys at our office in the city-center, located less than 10 min away from your accommodation.On weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00, our welcomer will be here to welcome you.Outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, your keys will be available in front of our office, in a secured and easy to use keybox.
