The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.For reservations made by a third party, you will need to present a copy of the person's European ID or Passport and the credit card.Please note that the name on the guest's ID must match the name used for the reservation.A baby cot and a high chair are available at an extra charge of EUR 40 each per stay upon request and availability.Please note that there is a refundable security damage deposit of 1500€ that we will block on your credit card prior to arrival.
