The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Bed linen and towels are not included. You can choose to bring your own or rent some on site:- Double bed linen: EUR 25 per bed per stay.- Single bed linen: EUR 20 per bed per stay.- Bath and beach towels: EUR 20 per person.For arrivals on a Sunday or bank holiday: before 13:00 or contact the property in advance to arrange a time.Car park height limit: 185 cm.Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August):Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00.Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
