The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guest can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a surcharge:Bed linen:-Double bed: EUR 20 per bed and per stay-Single bed: EUR 15 per bed and per stay-Towel kit: EUR 15 per person and per stay-25€ for double bed, 20€ for single bed and 20€ for towelsPlease note that check-in on Sundays and bank holidays is only possible from 10:00 to 13:00.Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August):Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00.Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
