Plaza, Aegina Town

Hotel Plaza is a 1-star stay in Aegina Town, Greece, positioned on Kazantzaki 4 and well placed for people who want to base themselves near the harbor and move around the island easily. With a guest rating of 9.4/10 from 129 reviews, it’s the kind of property that tends to earn repeat visitors for its straightforward comfort and helpful day-to-day service. Reviews commonly mention the practical value for a budget trip, plus the ease of settling in after ferry arrivals. The hotel also works for travelers bringing pets and children, since both are allowed, and that flexibility is a big part of why families and pet owners choose it.

Inside, you’ll find non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, which matters in the warmer months when Aegina Town is busy. A terrace gives you a quiet spot to pause between walks, while room service helps when you’d rather keep your schedule light. On-site, there’s a restaurant for meals without needing to plan every stop, and the hotel also lists a nightclub on the premises, so evenings can feel more energetic than at a purely quiet guesthouse.

If you’re planning day trips, the harbor area and Aegina Port are about 0.1 km away, making it easy to catch ferries or start a route around the town. The Aegina Archaeological Museum is roughly 0.8 km from the hotel for culture on foot, and for a longer excursion, Temple of Aphaia is around 13 km away.

Best for budget-minded couples, families, and pet-friendly travelers who want a simple base in Aegina Town with air conditioning, an on-site restaurant, and quick access to the waterfront.
