Alessia Villa Lefkada, Áno Exánthia

Alessia Villa Lefkada is a family-friendly villa stay in Áno Exánthia, Greece, set along the Provincial Road Nikianas - Alexandrou. The address matters here: you’re positioned for quick access to the Nikiana Beach area while still having room to unwind at home between outings. Guests typically talk about the calm, private feel of the garden space, where the hot tub and swimming pool help turn an ordinary afternoon into something more restorative.

The villa configuration suits groups that want to stay together, and the layout is designed around practical comfort with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Reviews from recent visitors are strongly positive, with a 10/10 guest rating based on a small set of feedback, and that consistency suggests people are leaving happy rather than just passing through. One common theme is that the outdoor areas work well for downtime, especially when you want a break from driving to beaches and viewpoints.

If you’re planning day trips, Nikiana Beach is about 2 km away, making it easy to fit in a swim without a long schedule. For dramatic coastline scenery, Porto Katsiki Beach is roughly 25 km from the villa, while Kathisma Beach sits at about 18 km for another classic Lefkada shoreline option. Those who enjoy nature excursions can also look toward Dimosari Waterfalls, around 26 km away.

This is best for families and small groups who want space, privacy, and a base with parking and WiFi, while still being close enough to Lefkada’s beaches and attractions to keep the days varied.
