Guests typically talk about the calm, low-key feel and the way the shared lounge/TV area and shared kitchen help you settle in without feeling locked into a rigid routine. Air conditioning is a real plus in warmer months, especially after a day in the sun, and the terrace gives you a simple outdoor spot to slow down.
