Casa Αrezio, Chania Town

Casa Αrezio is a ground-floor apartment in Chania Town, Greece, located at 44 Zimvrakakidon, making it a practical base for travelers who prefer being close to the city’s everyday rhythm. The layout is geared toward longer stays, with air conditioning for warm afternoons and free wired internet for planning days out or handling work from your own table. A terrace adds a simple outdoor spot for a slower start or an evening wind-down after time on the streets.

This address suits solo explorers, couples, and small groups who want to walk into Chania’s historic core and still return to a quieter residential feel. From here, you can reach the Venetian Harbour and Old Town area in about 1 km, where you’ll find museums, waterfront promenades, and the classic lanes that define Chania. The Maritime Museum of Crete and Firkas Fortress are also roughly within a 1–1.2 km radius, ideal for a focused afternoon of culture.

Guest feedback is limited, with the property currently holding a 5/10 score based on two reviews, so it’s wise to treat it as a more “check carefully” option rather than a consistently reviewed favorite. In practice, that means you should pay close attention to your own priorities—especially if you’re sensitive to comfort details—since the small review sample won’t capture a wide range of experiences. If your main goal is a walkable Chania base with reliable basics like internet and air conditioning, Casa Αrezio can work well; if you need consistently strong guest feedback, you may want to compare options.
