chios hotel, Chios

Chios Hotel is a simple base in Chios, Greece, set at KATARRAKTIS CHIOS, 1, which makes it a practical option if you plan to spend most of your time on the island rather than inside the property. The standout convenience is free breakfast, and guests also have free WiFi to keep plans and messages in order. Accessibility is listed as wheelchair accessible, and the hotel has an accessible shuttle option, though the details are limited and there is also an indication that an accessible shuttle may not always be available.

Based on the small set of reviews, the overall guest rating is very low (2/10 across 4 reviews), so expectations should be managed. Some travelers have reported that the experience did not match what they hoped for, and with so few reviews, it’s worth reading each comment closely before committing.

For sightseeing, the location works for day trips and short drives: Vokaria Beach is about 3.7 km away, while Agios Minas Monastery is roughly 4 km from the hotel. If you’re spending time in Chios Town, you’ll likely find it easier to combine beach time with visits to the main port and waterfront area. The front desk is available only for limited hours, which matters if you expect late check-in or need help arranging transport.

Chios Hotel is best for solo explorers or budget-minded travelers who want a straightforward stopover and are comfortable planning around limited reception hours, while families may prefer to compare alternatives given the current review score.
