Hermes Xenon, Corfu

Hermes Xenon is a small, practical base in Corfu, Greece, set on Gerasimou Markora 12 in the city area where you can get moving on foot quickly. With 14 air-conditioned rooms, it suits travelers who want straightforward comfort rather than a resort-style setup, and it’s especially well matched to couples and solo explorers planning day trips and evening strolls. Guests commonly mention the helpfulness of the concierge service, which can make it easier to organize tours and tickets when you’re juggling a tight sightseeing schedule. Free WiFi supports everything from mapping routes to sharing photos after a day around Corfu Old Town.

The location works for landmark-hopping: the Corfu Archaeological Museum is about 1.1 km away, and the New Fortress is roughly 1.4 km, so you can pair museum time with fortress views without relying on taxis. Liston Promenade is around 1.2 km for a classic Corfu walk, while Corfu Old Town is about 1.5 km for the historic lanes and waterfront energy.

Reviewers often highlight the calm, low-key feel of the property and the value of luggage storage when arrival or departure times don’t line up with check-in. Housekeeping is available on request, which some guests appreciate for flexibility. If you need accessibility support, the hotel is wheelchair accessible and can arrange an accessible shuttle, though the exact shuttle availability can vary, so it’s worth confirming your plans in advance.
