Villa Kiki Paxos Ozias, Gaios

Villa Kiki Paxos Ozias is a family-friendly holiday home in Gaios, Paxos, Greece, set in the Ozia area at Gaios Ozia. With a high guest rating of 9.4/10 from 10 reviews, it’s the kind of place travelers describe as calm and dependable, especially for groups who want space to settle in rather than just a hotel room. The layout suits families well, with family rooms and an outdoor terrace where you can linger after a day on the island. Air conditioning helps take the edge off warmer afternoons, and express check-in/check-out is handy when your itinerary is packed with boat trips and beach time.

Guests also highlight the practical, everyday feel: non-smoking throughout keeps the interior comfortable, and the outdoor furniture makes the terrace usable even when you’re not dining out. The property follows local safety protocols, and rooms are disinfected between stays, which frequent repeat visitors tend to appreciate when they’re traveling with children or simply prefer extra cleanliness.

If you’re planning your days around Paxos’s most famous sights, you’re well positioned for Blue Caves (about 7 km) and the broader coastline (Paxos Beach is roughly 3 km away). Gaios Port and the town centre are close enough for easy evenings out, with a typical drive or short local transfer getting you there. For road-trip friendly travelers, the island rhythm works well here, but note that on-site parking isn’t available, so plan accordingly if you’re bringing a vehicle.
