Aelia Apartments, Hersonissos

Aelia Apartments is a small apartment property in Anissaras, Hersonissos, Crete (700 14), a good base for travelers who want a quieter pocket of the Hersonissos area while still reaching the region’s main sights. The setting includes a terrace and garden space, plus a seasonal outdoor pool that’s best used when the weather is warm and the days are long. Free WiFi helps you stay connected, and luggage storage makes it easier to settle in without rushing your schedule. The property also notes a designated smoking area and wheelchair accessibility, which can matter for planning a comfortable stay.

The guest rating is 6/10 based on a single review, so it’s worth treating this as an early read rather than a well-established track record. That said, the pet-friendly policy is a clear signal for travelers bringing animals, and guests who prioritize traveling with pets may find the atmosphere more accommodating than many strictly no-pet options.

From Aelia Apartments, you can reach Aquaworld Aquarium and Star Beach Water Park in about 2 km, making day trips straightforward for families and anyone who likes activity-filled afternoons. Lychnostatis Open Air Museum is around 5 km away if you want something cultural without going far. For evening plans, Hersonissos Harbour is roughly 6 km from the apartments, where you’ll find more dining and a busier waterfront vibe.

Aelia Apartments is best for solo travelers, couples, and families who want a practical, pet-friendly apartment base with outdoor space and an easy route to Hersonissos highlights in Greece.
