Ninemia Apartment is a straightforward, comfortable base in Kali Limenes, Greece, suited to travelers who want an easy rhythm of beach time and day trips. The apartment sits on Crisostomos, giving you a practical starting point for getting around the coastal area without overcomplicating your plans. The non-smoking throughout policy helps keep the atmosphere fresh, especially if you’re traveling with children or anyone sensitive to smells.

Guests have rated Ninemia Apartment 8/10 based on a single review, so it’s best approached as a smaller, quieter option rather than a heavily reviewed property. That said, the property also emphasizes cleanliness and safety with guest rooms disinfected between stays, staff following local safety protocols, and physical distancing rules, alongside hand sanitizer in guest rooms and key areas. Private check-in and check-out adds a bit of independence to your arrival and departure.

For landmarks, Kali Limenes Beach is about 1 km away for simple sun-and-swim days, while the Minoan Ruins of Gortys are roughly 45 km for a deeper historical outing. If you like combining coastline with culture, the drive to Gortys is a natural complement to a relaxed beach schedule. Ninemia Apartment is best for couples and small families who prefer a calm neighborhood, appreciate air-conditioned comfort, and want a clean, non-smoking environment while exploring southern Crete at their own pace.
