Sun Residence, Kassandra

Sun Residence is a small stay in Kassandra, Greece, set at Irakleitou 11 in Polihrono, making it a good base for travelers who want the coast close at hand without being in the middle of the busiest strip. The area around Polihrono is built for beach time, and you can reach Lefki Peristera Beach in a short stroll, while the wider Kassandra coastline suits snorkeling when the sea conditions are right. If you prefer land-based plans, the hotel’s location also fits day trips to Kassandra Waterfalls and the archaeological grounds of Ancient Olynthos.

The property is geared toward a calmer pace: there’s a terrace and garden for downtime between outings, and free WiFi helps you keep up with plans and messaging. Practical touches include luggage storage, which is useful when your day starts early, and a designated smoking area for guests who need it. An area shuttle is available for a surcharge, which can help if you’re moving between beaches and sights without relying entirely on a car.

Guest feedback is limited but positive overall, with a reported 8/10 from one review, suggesting a generally comfortable, straightforward experience rather than a high-volume resort feel. Check-in runs from 06:00 AM to anytime, and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so it works well for early starts and relaxed mornings.

Sun Residence is best for couples and small families who want an easygoing base in Kassandra, with beach access, nearby hiking and biking trails, and a simple option to add breakfast for a fee.
