HOTEL GIRNI OLYMPIC, Katerini Municipality

HOTEL GIRNI OLYMPIC is a simple 3-star base in Katerini Municipality, Greece, set at Euterpis & Poseidonos 1 in the Olymbiaki Akti area. It suits travelers who want an easy beach rhythm without complicated logistics, especially couples, solo explorers, and families looking for a straightforward stay near the shore. The hotel’s location works well for mornings on Olymbiaki Akti Beach, with the coastline close enough for quick returns between swims and shade. A complimentary free buffet breakfast is served daily, which is often the first thing guests mention when describing their start to the day. For convenience, there’s a 24-hour front desk, plus an elevator for access between floors. If you’re traveling with mobility needs, the property includes wheelchair-accessible parking and a front entrance ramp.

From here, you can branch out to bigger sights without committing to day-long drives. Olympus National Park is roughly 35 km away for hiking and dramatic mountain scenery, while Paralia Katerini is about 12 km for a more energetic seaside scene with dining and evening strolls. Olympic Beach sits around 10 km from the property, giving you additional coastline options when you want a change of scenery. Guests’ feedback is limited, with a single review averaging 6/10, so it’s best to treat this as a quiet, practical choice rather than a heavily reviewed standout.

Overall, HOTEL GIRNI OLYMPIC is best for travelers who prioritize beach proximity, a reliable breakfast, and basic accessibility features over luxury extras.
