Evilia's Studio, Kavala

Evilia's Studio is a calm base in Kavala, Greece, suited to travelers who want an apartment-style stay without sacrificing cleanliness and peace of mind. The property sits on Athanasiou Diakou Isogeio, a practical address for reaching Kavala’s historic sights and coastal areas. Guests consistently rate the studio highly, with a 9.7/10 score based on six reviews, suggesting a strong match between expectations and what’s delivered.

The studio’s comfort is anchored by air conditioning and a focus on non-smoking spaces, which matters if you’re sensitive to odors. Family rooms are available, making it easier to plan together rather than splitting up across multiple bookings. Hygiene standards are a standout: guest rooms are disinfected between stays, tableware and silverware are sanitized, and the room is sealed after cleaning. Staff also follow local safety protocols, and a first aid kit is on hand.

For sightseeing, you can pair short outings with downtime at the studio. The House of Mehmet Ali is about 5 km away, and the Kavala Archaeological Museum is roughly the same distance, so you can cover major cultural stops without long transfers. If you’re craving sea air, Rapsani Beach is around 7 km from the property.

Best for couples and small families who value quiet, dependable cleanliness, and an easy rhythm of museum visits and coastal time, rather than nightlife-first locations.
