OUR Luxury Studio, Kavala

OUR Luxury Studio is a compact, private stay in Kavala, Greece, suited to travelers who want quiet comfort without giving up access to the city’s sights. Located at 30 Ζαλόγγου, it’s a practical base for exploring historic Kavala, with the House of Mehmet Ali about 1.2 km away and the Kavala Fortress roughly 1.6 km from the studio. The waterfront and Kavala Port are around 2 km out, making it easy to plan an afternoon stroll and an evening meal around the harbour area.

Inside, the studio’s soundproof rooms are a standout for guests who mention better sleep than they expected from a city address, especially when they returned later for the night. Air conditioning is included for summer comfort, and the non-smoking setup helps keep the space feeling fresh. You also get private check-in/check-out, which reviewers tend to appreciate for smoother arrivals and less waiting. For convenience between outings, there’s a coffee shop on site for a quick caffeine stop.

Reviewers rate the property 9/10 based on a small set of guest experiences, with recurring praise for cleanliness and the feeling that staff follow local safety protocols. There’s also a focus on hygiene between stays, with guest rooms disinfected after each visit.

Best for couples and small families who prefer a calm, self-contained base in Kavala and want to spend their time walking to landmarks like Imaret and the museum area, rather than commuting across town.
