Green House, Klíma

Green House in Klíma, Greece, is a family-oriented stay based in Palaio Klima, where the pace is quieter and the coastline is within easy reach. The property’s self-catering style suits guests who prefer to manage meals at their own rhythm, and it’s especially practical for families traveling together, since children are welcome. Rooms are non-smoking and air conditioned, which helps when you’re spending long days outdoors and want a comfortable reset afterward. Outside, the terrace and outdoor furniture give you a place to linger after a beach outing, while the shared lounge/TV area is there for downtime between excursions.

In terms of what nearby visitors tend to look for, Palaio Klima Beach is about a short walk away, and Loutraki is roughly 1.4 km from the hotel for a change of scenery. If you’re planning a day trip into town, Skopelos Town is around 17 km and is where you’ll find the Skopelos Museum and more dining options.

Customer feedback is limited, with an overall guest rating of 5/10 from 2 reviews, so it’s worth checking recent notes closely before committing. Still, the hotel’s approach to hygiene is clearly stated: guest rooms are disinfected between stays, cleaning standards are effective against Coronavirus, and staff adhere to local safety protocols. For road-trip travelers, the lack of on-site parking is a key consideration, so plan how you’ll handle vehicles in advance. Overall, Green House works best for families and small groups who want a calm base near the beaches and don’t need parking on site.
