Location is one of the biggest decision points here. You can reach Kos Town Beach in about 1 km and the Kos Town Marina in roughly 1.2 km, making it easy to mix beach time with harbour promenades. Cultural landmarks are also within a short distance: the Tree of Hippocrates and the Church of Agia Paraskevi are both around 1.3 km away, ideal for a morning walk before lunch. Based on guest feedback, KosHomes1 suits couples and solo explorers who prefer independence and a straightforward base, rather than a hotel-style stay. If you’re travelling for work, the wired internet and quiet, non-smoking environment are the kind of details that tend to get noticed.
