Louloudi Hills Villa 1, Koskinou

Louloudi Hills Villa 1 is a private-stay option in Koskinou, Greece, set along Eparchiaki Odos Koskinou for travelers who want space, quiet, and control over their day. The villa suits people who prefer a non-hotel rhythm: air conditioning for warm afternoons, a terrace for slow evenings, and a swimming pool for unhurried dips without leaving home. Reviews are notably strong, with guests averaging 9.9/10 across five reports, and the recurring theme is how comfortable and easy the stay feels for everyday living.

Because it’s a villa setup, it’s particularly practical for families who need room to spread out, and for couples who want privacy rather than shared facilities. The kitchen setup helps with simple meals, while BBQ facilities make it easy to plan a casual dinner outdoors. On-site comfort is supported by safety deposit box access, and the property also lists massage services for guests who want to add a little downtime without going far. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which matters if you’re planning to explore Rhodes by car.

Location-wise, you can reach Kallithea Springs in about 2 km for a classic Rhodes outing, while Rhodes Town is roughly 8 km away for Old Town atmosphere and evening dining. If you’re looking for a day that mixes beaches and viewpoints, Anthony Quinn Bay is about 14 km from the villa. Pets are allowed, so it can work for travelers bringing a companion, as long as you’re comfortable with a more residential setting.
