Villa Baldin, Lipsoi

Villa Baldin is a private-stay option on Lipsi, in Greece, designed for travelers who want space, outdoor time, and a calmer rhythm than the island hubs. The villa sits in the Lipsi–Leros area, and its setting suits guests who prefer to base themselves near the coast rather than in the busiest streets. With air conditioning for warm days, family rooms for shared stays, and a terrace for meals outside, it works well when you’re traveling with multiple generations or simply want room to spread out. Pets are allowed, which makes it easier to bring a companion along for the Aegean pace.

Location-wise, you’re close to two beach choices that help shape the day: Chochlakora Beach is about 1.5 km away, while Tourkomnima Beach is roughly 700 m from the villa. That proximity is useful if you like short trips for swimming and sun time, then returning for a rest. For practical comfort, the property also includes BBQ facilities for informal evenings and an ironing service for longer stays.

Guest feedback is exceptionally positive, with a 10/10 rating based on three reviews, suggesting a consistent experience for small groups. The standout theme from guests is likely the balance of privacy with easy access to the island’s shoreline, plus the straightforward comfort features that keep stays relaxed. If you’re planning a family beach holiday, traveling with a pet, or looking for a quiet base on Lipsi rather than a city-centered break, Villa Baldin is the kind of place that fits.
