Ria Mar Suites, Mýkonos City

Ria Mar Suites is a quiet stay in Mýkonos City, Greece, located in the Choulakia area, where you can trade the busiest streets for a calmer base. Guests describe the atmosphere as peaceful and restorative, with reviews often highlighting the Japanese garden and the sense of privacy around the terrace. After beach time, the on-site swimming pool gives you a straightforward way to cool down without needing to plan a transfer. Rooms are kept non-smoking throughout, which many visitors appreciate for comfort and freshness.

The surrounding area is a practical compromise: you’re close enough to reach the main sights, but far enough that you can return to a calmer rhythm at night. Little Venice and the Mykonos Windmills are about 4 km away, and the Church of Panagia Paraportiani sits roughly 5 km from the property for those who want the classic Mykonos photo stops. If you prefer a slower pace, Choulakia Beach is around 1 km from Ria Mar Suites, ideal for a morning swim or an unhurried walk along the shore.

Travelers also note the value of the parking setup. Covered parking is available, and discounted offsite parking rates can help if you’re arriving by car. This is best for couples and solo explorers who want a serene setting with easy access to Mykonos Town’s highlights, plus a pool and terrace for downtime between outings.
