The Mykonos House - Newly Renovated Villa Near Town, Mýkonos City

The Mykonos House - Newly Renovated Villa Near Town is a newly renovated villa in Mýkonos City, Greece, set in the Chondros gremos, Drakouri area (P.O. 382). Its location suits travelers who want to be close enough to Mykonos Town for evening wandering, while still having a quieter base to return to after the crowds. Guests consistently rate the property highly for its calm feel and the ease of getting around, with several reviewers noting how straightforward it was to settle in thanks to express check-in/check-out.

Inside, the villa is designed for day-to-day comfort, including air conditioning for warm afternoons and a terrace for slower moments outdoors. Because it’s a villa rather than a standard hotel room, it’s especially practical for groups who prefer a home rhythm, and the kitchen setup makes it easier to plan simple meals. Family rooms are available, and the property also lists non-smoking rooms and non-smoking throughout, which matters for travelers who want cleaner indoor air.

For sightseeing, Mykonos Town (about 1 km) is the obvious draw, with Little Venice and the iconic waterfront just a short distance away. The Windmills of Mykonos are roughly 2 km from the villa, and Agia Anna Beach is about 2 km, giving you both culture and coastline within a manageable radius. A free beach shuttle helps reduce the friction of beach days, and offsite parking with discounted rates available can be useful if you’re arriving by car.

Best for families and couples who want a renovated, self-contained stay near the action, with reliable logistics and a terrace for downtime.
