Dimi Residence, Nea Moudania

Dimi Residence in Nea Moudania, Greece, is a practical base for travellers who want an easy rhythm between the coast and the town. Set on Οδυσσέα Ελύτη, the property suits guests who value quiet downtime as much as they do access to everyday essentials. The standout is how comfortable stays feel: air conditioning helps you settle in after beach time, and room service makes it simple to keep plans flexible. Families also tend to appreciate the family rooms, while couples often mention the calm atmosphere and the terrace space for slower moments. Reviews average 9.8/10 across 61 guest comments, with many visitors highlighting smooth check-in and the overall care of the team, plus the convenience of express check-in/check-out for tighter itineraries. Offsite parking is available with discounted rates, which can matter in a coastal town where spaces may be limited. For peace of mind, there’s luggage storage and a safety deposit box, so you can explore without worrying about your belongings. If you’re looking for a beach-first stay, Nea Moudania Beach is about 1 km away, and Petra Beach is roughly 3 km from the residence. The Nea Moudania promenade and port area are also close, making it straightforward to plan an evening stroll or a casual meal. Overall, Dimi Residence is best for couples, families, and solo travellers who want a comfortable, well-run stop near the shoreline rather than a resort-style experience.
