The property sits on Eparchiaki Odos Nikianas - Alexandrou, putting you within easy reach of Nikiana Beach and the everyday rhythm of the village. With a guest rating of 8.7/10 from a small number of reviews, the feedback points to a comfortable, lived-in feel and a focus on cleanliness between stays.

Closer in, Kathisma Beach is around 16 km, and Dimosari Waterfalls are approximately 14 km for a change of scenery beyond the shore.

Overall, this beach house is best for couples and families who prioritize outdoor time, straightforward comfort, and a tidy, well-managed stay rather than a busy, nightlife-heavy location.
