Plaka Bleu Apartments, Pláka

Plaka Bleu Apartments is a small, self-catering stay in Pláka, Crete, positioned for travelers who want quiet time near the shoreline rather than constant nightlife. The property sits in the Pláka area of plaka crete, making it easy to step out for beach time and then drive into the larger sights around Agios Nikolaos. Recent guests rated the apartment stay 8/10 based on a single review, so it’s best to treat that score as an early snapshot rather than a long track record.

The standout here is the practical mix of comfort and independence: air conditioning helps you cool down after time in the sun, and free WiFi keeps plans and messages easy. Private parking and free parking are also useful if you’re touring eastern Crete by car, especially when you want flexibility for beaches and viewpoints. Apartments are set up for day-to-day living with the option to prepare meals, which suits longer stays and guests who prefer not to eat out every night.

In terms of nearby landmarks, Spinalonga Beach is about 1.2 km away, giving you a short trip to the water. Lake Voulismeni is roughly 16 km from Pláka, and Agios Nikolaos is around 12 km, where you’ll find more dining and sightseeing options. This is best for couples, solo travelers, and small groups who value a peaceful base, straightforward amenities, and easy access to the coast and the Agios Nikolaos area.
