VILLA ILENIA, Preveza

Villa Ilenia is a family-run stay in Preveza, Greece, set on Άγιος Θωμάς Πρεβέζης, a quiet pocket that works well if you want the coast and sights within short drives. The villa is geared toward guests who prefer non-smoking spaces and a calmer atmosphere, with air conditioning for warmer days and non-smoking throughout for peace of mind. A terrace and outdoor furniture give you somewhere to slow down after exploring, and evening entertainment adds structure to nights in when you don’t feel like going out.

Location matters here: Kiani Akti Beach is about 1.5–2 km away, so a morning swim or sunset stroll is realistic without needing a full day plan. The Castle of Preveza is roughly 2 km from the property, making it easy to fit in a history stop between beach time and dinner. For a broader day trip, the Nikopolis archaeological area sits around 15–16 km out, where you can spend hours among the ruins and museum exhibits.

Guest feedback is strong, with a 9/10 rating from two reviews. While the sample is small, reviewers have pointed to the overall comfort and the care taken by staff, including guest rooms disinfected between stays and adherence to local safety protocols. If you’re traveling as a couple, you’ll appreciate the privacy and terrace time; families will value the family-room setup and the straightforward access to Preveza’s main attractions.
