Penthouse 12, Rhodes Town

Penthouse 12 is a Rhodes Town stay in Greece that suits travellers who want a quieter base while still being within walking reach of the city’s highlights. Set on 25ης Μαρτίου, it’s positioned for exploring the harbour area and the historic core at a comfortable pace, rather than relying on taxis for every outing. Rhodes Town’s landmarks are close enough to plan by foot: the Deer Statues are about 1 km away, Mandraki Port sits roughly 2 km from the property, and the Palace of the Grand Master is around 2 km. For evenings, you can return to the penthouse for a calmer wind-down on the terrace.

The limited guest feedback (a 1/10 rating from 1 review) suggests you should approach with caution and double-check expectations before committing. That said, the property’s practical features are designed for day-to-day comfort: air conditioning helps manage Rhodes’ warmer temperatures, soundproof rooms aim to reduce street noise, and the swimming pool gives you an on-site option when you don’t feel like heading out. Private check-in and express check-out can also streamline arrival and departure, which matters if you’re pairing sightseeing with early transfers.

If you’re a solo explorer or a couple looking for a more self-contained city stay with a terrace and pool, Penthouse 12 may fit your style. If you’re travelling with a group or prioritising lots of consistent, recent reviews, you’ll likely want to compare alternatives in Rhodes Town first.
