Alkyonides Hotel, Rhodes

Alkyonides Hotel is a simple, 1-star base in Rhodes, Greece, set on Niriides Street in the Kremasti neighbourhood. It suits travelers who want a budget-friendly stay with straightforward services rather than a full-service hotel experience. Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, so plan your day around those times. The property’s free WiFi helps keep things practical, while the terrace and garden offer a quieter place to reset after time on the island. A library and television in common areas add basic options for downtime when you’re not out exploring. For logistics, luggage storage and express check-in/check-out can reduce friction on arrival and departure, and the front desk operates on limited hours.

Review feedback is mixed: the guest rating of 5.4/10 from 17 reviews suggests some visitors found the stay workable for short trips, while others likely expected more comfort or consistency for the category. Families are welcome, and the setting in Kremasti makes it easier to combine beach time with day trips. From here, Kremasti Beach is about 1 km away, giving you a quick route to the shoreline. Rhodes Old Town is roughly 12 km from the hotel for medieval walls and historic sights, while the Acropolis of Rhodes sits around 11 km away for a classic landmark excursion. If you’re comfortable with a pared-back setup and want to spend your time outdoors and sightseeing, Alkyonides Hotel can fit the bill.
