Guests consistently rate the property highly for its calm atmosphere and attentive service; several reviewers mention feeling well looked after without having to ask for everything repeatedly. Rooms are set up for comfort, with free WiFi and private spa-style relaxation in-suite, which suits travelers who want privacy after a day on the caldera.
