Pelagos Hotel, Santorini

Pelagos Hotel is a quiet, beach-adjacent stay in Santorini, Greece, set at Baxedes beach where mornings start with sea views and evenings feel unhurried. The property’s layout makes it a good fit for couples and solo travelers who want a slower pace than the busiest caldera towns, while still being within day-trip reach of Oia and Fira. Guest feedback is mixed but generally positive for a small hotel: with a 7.6/10 guest rating from five reviews, travelers often mention the calm atmosphere and helpful on-site support, while a few note that the front desk operates on limited hours, so planning arrival details matters.

Rooms are designed for practical comfort, with air-conditioning, LCD TVs, and private balconies that give you somewhere to step out and reset between outings. Outside, the seasonal outdoor pool and the garden terrace offer simple ways to relax without needing to leave the property, and luggage storage helps if your schedule doesn’t line up neatly with check-in and check-out. A safe-deposit box at the front desk adds peace of mind for passports and valuables.

If you’re basing yourself here, you can reach key Santorini highlights by car: Ancient Thira is about 14 km away for archaeological views, the Red Beach area is roughly 15 km for dramatic coastline scenery, and Fira’s Museum of Prehistoric Thira is around 12 km for history and city energy. For sunset-focused plans, Oia Village is about 18 km from Pelagos Hotel, making it straightforward to time your evening around the caldera views.
