Villa Petra, Skiathos Town

Villa Petra is a self-catered stay in Skiathos Town, Greece, set in the Agios Fanourios area at a quiet remove from the busiest streets. The villa’s terrace and BBQ facilities make it easy to plan long, unhurried evenings outdoors, while air conditioning helps you reset after beach time. Guests also appreciate the practical touches: luggage storage for arrivals, a safety deposit box for peace of mind, and soundproof rooms that help soften the impact of passing traffic. For dining at home, the fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to cook rather than always going out, and the outdoor setup is well suited to shared meals.

Reviewers commonly mention that the location works well for exploring on foot and by car, especially because Megali Ammos Beach is about 1 km away and Skiathos Plakes Beach is within roughly 1.5 km. Culture lovers tend to head to Papadiamantis’ House (around 1 km), then continue through the town’s main streets for cafés and shops. Families often like having the space to spread out and the comfort of quieter indoor rest, while couples value the privacy and the chance to eat outside.

Some guests highlight that discounted offsite parking and the option of car hire are helpful if you want to reach beaches beyond Skiathos Town without relying on schedules. Overall, Villa Petra suits travelers who want a calm base in Skiathos Town with the flexibility of self-catering and the option to switch between town walks and beach days.
