Koker's Place, Thessaloniki

Koker's Place is a holiday home in Thessaloniki, Greece, situated on Γαρδένιας, a practical base for travelers who want a quieter stay while still reaching the city’s sights and the coast. The property’s standout appeal is its outdoor terrace and the straightforward comfort of air conditioning, which matters in warm months. Free wired internet is useful for planning days out, and the home is non-smoking throughout for a more comfortable indoor environment.

This is a good fit for couples, small groups, or families who prefer flexibility over hotel routines, especially if you’re planning beach time. Mykoniatika Beach is about 1.5 km away, so a short trip can turn into an easy day by the water, and the inclusion of beach toys makes family outings simpler. For a change of pace, the Anthropological Museum is around 15 km from the address, offering a cultural option when you want something beyond the shoreline.

Guests’ feedback is mixed, with an overall rating of 6.5/10 from just two reviews, so it’s worth setting expectations accordingly and confirming what matters most to you before booking. One likely theme from small-review stays is that experiences can vary, so pay attention to your own priorities—whether that’s outdoor space, reliable basic comforts like air conditioning and internet, or being close to Thessaloniki’s coastal areas.

If you’re looking for a calm base with a terrace, quick access to Mykoniatika Beach, and straightforward essentials, Koker's Place can work well—just be sure it matches your comfort needs given the limited review history.
