Should You Book Appartamento Dalla Bella - Agenzia Cocal?
Not a strong booking choice based on the limited signal: a 5/10 guest rating from only 5 reviews suggests inconsistent satisfaction. Consider it only if you specifically need a family- and pet-friendly base and can’t find better-rated alternatives nearby.
Best For
- Families traveling with children who want family rooms and a pet-friendly setup
- Pet owners who prefer accommodations that explicitly allow pets
- Travelers who plan to spend time at Aquafollie Water Park and want to be close (about 1.8 km)
- Guests who want easy access to local sights like the Caorle Archaeological Museum (about 0.7 km) and Scogliera Viva (about 1 km)
Not Ideal For
- Travelers who rely on consistently positive reviews, since the rating is low (5/10) and based on very few reviews
- Guests who need flexible check-in timing, given check-in is limited to 03:30 PM–06:30 PM
- Travelers expecting a more “resort-like” experience, since the listing emphasizes a private beach nearby rather than an on-site beach
What to Expect
Check-in is handled during a defined window, so arriving between 03:30 PM and 06:30 PM will make the process smoother. The area around Via San Rocco 17 feels like a practical base for exploring Caorle, with key sights within about 1 km to 1.2 km. You can plan a day around Aquafollie Water Park (about 1.8 km) and still be back in time for a relaxed evening. The overall stay experience is hard to gauge confidently because the available guest feedback is limited and averages to a 5/10.
Location Intelligence
The location is well-positioned for walking to several attractions, including the Caorle Archaeological Museum (about 0.7 km) and Scogliera Viva (about 1 km). Aquafollie Water Park is also relatively close (about 1.8 km), making day trips convenient.
