Should You Book Cozy Apartment with Garden?
Not a strong booking choice based on the limited feedback: the guest rating is 6.2/10 from only 3 reviews, which suggests inconsistent satisfaction. Consider it only if the garden/terrace and apartment-style stay are your top priorities and you can tolerate potential service or comfort variability.
Best For
- Couples looking for a quiet, garden-and-terrace oriented stay in Perugia rather than a hotel setting
- Families who want a more relaxed, home-like base with outdoor space
- Pet owners traveling with a companion animal since pets are allowed
- Travelers who plan to drive and value covered parking and discounted offsite parking options
Not Ideal For
- Light sleepers or guests sensitive to variability, given the low overall rating and very small review sample
- Solo travelers who prefer more consistently reviewed, higher-rated accommodations
- Guests who need a highly reliable experience, since the available review score (6.2/10) indicates room for improvement
What to Expect
You arrive to a calmer, residential-feeling base where the private terrace and Japanese garden are the standout features for unwinding. From the apartment, it’s a short walk to major sights like Perugia Cathedral and Rocca Paolina, with the National Gallery of Umbria and the Etruscan Well also nearby. In the morning, you can start with a slower routine outside before heading out to explore the historic center. However, with only three reviews and an overall 6.2/10 score, the stay may feel uneven compared with higher-rated options.
