You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19 and 20, EUR 35 between 20 and 22, EUR 45 between 22 and 24. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking.
