Apartment descriptions that state they are "close to the extremely lively Lava Bar" are especially noisy."As vacation homes (official classification: vivienda vacacional), apartments are cleaned for arrival only. There is no daily or weekly cleaning service.Reservations for more than 3 apartments have different policies; these will be nonrefundable and must be paid in advance. These conditions will be communicated to the guest who will be required to confirm their acceptance, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
