The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.In the event of lost keys or keys left inside the accommodations, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
