In case of lost keys or keys left inside the property a charge of 50€ during business hours and 75€ during non-business hours will be applied. The new keys are to be collected at the office.When checking out, no rubbish should be left inside property otherwise a charge of 150€ will be applicable.Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain, before arrival date a link for registration will be sent.The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
