- Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included.- Baby cot:Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Availability is not guaranteed; guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance, and it will be provided if available.- Extra guest:Each additional guest not included in the reservation will incur a charge of €10 per night.Late Arrival:- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, a fee of €30 in cash will apply; after 10 PM, the fee will be €50, and from 1 AM, it will be €100.- If the arrival day falls on a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 PM, after which it will be €50, and from 1 AM, €100.- For arrivals on 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, and 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 22:00, €100 from 22:00, and €150 after 1:00.- The Tourist Tax applicable in Barcelona in 2023 will be enforced. (€6.25 per person per night for those over 16 years old, applicable for up to 7 nights).- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances. Any complaints or evidence of smoking in the apartment will lead to immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE PERMITTED under any circumstances. If a complaint is received and/or the police, security, or neighbors intervene, a fine of €500 will be imposed (in addition to any police fines).- The property will not be held liable for thefts, burglaries, or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.- Guests are strongly advised to take necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including utilizing safety boxes if available, and ensuring that doors and windows are properly closed and secured.- The safety of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
