13PAR1004 - Fabulous apartment in the heart of Barcelona, Barcelona

Please note the following important information before booking:Construction work is taking place in the entrance hall from 12-30 of January and some rooms may be affected by noise. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times. We appreciate your understanding.- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.- Travel cot/Travel cot:Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it- A surcharge of 10 EUR per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking.-Arrival after hours:- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
