Benal Beach apartment with sunny terrace and water park in Benalmádena, Spain, is a practical base for travelers who want sun, outdoor time, and an easy day-trip rhythm along the coast. The apartment sits on Avenida del Parque, putting you within about 1 km of Malapesquera Beach and close to Selwo Marina, so you can switch from sand-and-sea to family attractions without long transfers. The standout for many guests is the sunny terrace, where mornings feel like a slow start and evenings are made for relaxing after a day out. Families also tend to mention the on-site water park and children’s play focus, which helps keep younger visitors entertained on-site rather than constantly planning around weather.

The stay is air-conditioned, and the building includes a lift, which makes moving in and out simpler for families and groups. There’s also luggage storage and express check-in/check-out, useful when your travel schedule is tight. Fitness facilities are available but come with a surcharge, so plan around that if you’re counting on workouts during your trip. Offsite parking is offered with discounted rates, which can matter if you’re arriving by car.

With a 6.8/10 guest rating from 9 reviews, expectations should be calibrated: some guests clearly value the family-friendly setup and the outdoor space, while the overall score suggests a mixed experience rather than a consistently flawless one. If you’re looking for a straightforward, family-oriented apartment with a terrace and water-park style fun near the beach, this Benal Beach apartment is worth considering.
