Cala Esmeralda Apartament, Benidorm

Cala Esmeralda Apartament is a family-friendly apartment stay in Benidorm, Spain, set on Carrer Llebeig near the quieter side of the coast. With an 8.1/10 guest rating based on four reviews, it suits travellers who want an apartment-style base with practical on-site features rather than a purely hotel experience. Check in runs from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so plan your beach time accordingly on arrival and departure days.

The appeal here is built around downtime: air conditioning helps you cool off after a day in the sun, and the swimming pool is designed for relaxed use, including a shallow end that’s easier for kids. Outside, you can make use of pool sun loungers and beach umbrellas, which makes it simpler to settle in for an afternoon without overpacking. A lift and non-smoking policy across the property add comfort for guests who prefer smoother access and cleaner indoor air.

You’re also well placed for day trips and beach hopping. Cala Finestrat Beach is about 1 km away for a quick swim, while Poniente Beach is roughly 2 km from the apartment. For a bigger outing, Terra Mítica Theme Park sits around 3 km away, offering a change of pace beyond the shoreline. Guests who mention the overall atmosphere tend to value the on-site playground and the sense that the property works for families, especially when everyone wants a mix of activities and downtime.

Best for families and small groups who want an apartment base with a pool, kid-friendly touches, and easy access to Benidorm’s beaches.
