But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.Before your arrival, a 90 euro deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules.As established by the law on tourist accommodations, we will charge you the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night.Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms.If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise).We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night.
